Responsibilities
- Build a reliable, secure, and user-friendly blockchain-based platform
- Drive high-level architecture decisions about the future of high-performance blockchain protocols and applications
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop the best overall product
- Implement, test, and audit smart contracts
- Build a powerful, easy-to-use suite of APIs and documentation for developers to build applications on top of the BlockRules platform
- Program HSMs for the purpose of digital asset key storage
- Implement security development practices
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Understanding of cryptographic primitives of blockchains
- Experience with container-based development (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with consensus protocols in commonly used languages such as C, C++, Go, Solidity, BTC, and/or IPFS
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric/Indy, Ethereum)
- Knowledge of crypto-economic design
- Familiarity with investment frameworks
