Responsibilities

• Build a reliable, secure, and user-friendly blockchain-based platform
• Drive high-level architecture decisions about the future of high-performance blockchain protocols and applications
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop the best overall product
• Implement, test, and audit smart contracts
• Build a powerful, easy-to-use suite of APIs and documentation for developers to build applications on top of the BlockRules platform
• Program HSMs for the purpose of digital asset key storage
• Implement security development practices

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Understanding of cryptographic primitives of blockchains
• Experience with container-based development (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with consensus protocols in commonly used languages such as C, C++, Go, Solidity, BTC, and/or IPFS
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric/Indy, Ethereum)
• Knowledge of crypto-economic design
• Familiarity with investment frameworks
